A language lab ‘App’

Filed under: Uncategorized — languagelabs at 6:51 pm on Monday, November 19, 2012

Check out SANSSpace. The online language lab solution from the developers of Sony Virtuoso. They have now a working ‘app’ for their online labs to be accessed on iPads and any smart phone. The way the programme interrogates video and audio files is neat; it allows an individual student to comment and make a recorded response. That recorded response can then be marked and assessed by a teacher. There is also a sychronous multi channel streamed video chat for online tutoring too. No reason you can’t use this across any subject area, not just languages. Oh and BTW it integrates with any other web space or portal too!Check out  www.sansspace.com or in EMEA www.connectededucation.com
